Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely! We can inflate the bouncy castles indoors or outdoors if we have the space to set them up.

Please see the space requirements on Our Castles page.

  • The space you need for your Bouncy Castle rental will vary based on your selection. Please see specific measurements on Our Castles page. Proper space must be provided to avoid injuries or damage to the Bouncy Castle. The space must be flat, and grassy (or indoors on smooth floors). Gravel, asphalt, and concrete are not acceptable under Bouncy Castles.

  • We have some connections around town for indoor rental spaces. If you cannot provide the space required, we can work with you to find an indoor space to rent for an additional charge. Contact us before booking to ensure that we can arrange for accommodations.

  • We will use a standard dolly to get your bouncy castle to its location, so a standard-sized path must be cleared for accessibility. If you have stairs down to the area or a tight entranceway, please notify us in advance in the “Special Requests” of your Booking Form so we can arrange alternative access.

  • While it is acceptable to bounce with a mild breeze, keeping a bouncy castle inflated if the winds exceed 15 km/hr is unsafe. In the event of high winds, we ask that you turn off the blower to deflate the bouncy castle until the wind has passed.

If the weather calls for high winds before delivery, we will call you and discuss whether we should reschedule your event. If we set up the unit at your request and the weather later turns inclement (rain or higher winds), we will pick up the unit according to schedule. However, in this event, no refund will be given.

  • Bouncy castles should not be used in the rain. During light rain, the inflatable can remain inflated but it should not be used during this time as it would become slippery and unsafe.

If the rain becomes heavy, we ask that you turn off the blower and cover it to protect it from water damage. If the weather looks like it will be unsafe before delivery, we will call you and discuss whether we should reschedule your event. If we set up the unit at your request and the weather later turns inclement (rain or higher winds), we will pick up the unit according to schedule. However, in this event, no refund will be given.

  • We will arrive 30 minutes before your booking time to set up the bouncy castle and provide an orientation and safety briefing. At the end of your booking, we will arrive to take care of the complete takedown.

  • Currently, Creston Party Rentals does not provide attendants for private events. Adult supervision is always required while the Bouncy Castle is in use. We will provide a complete orientation and safety briefing during setup time. We require a signature stating that you have received and understand all operating and safety instructions before we leave your event.

  • The inflatable should be within 50-100 ft of a 120V outlet. We will supply the extension cord, but we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet and that it is on a single breaker.

  • We are located in Creston, BC and service the surrounding areas with additional travel charges. If you are outside Creston, please Contact Us for pricing and booking.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. If you are in Creston, you can book directly on our website’s Booking page. For out-of-town bookings, please Contact Us, as we charge 75 cents per km for travel outside of Creston.

  • We understand life happens. While we do not offer refunds, we can reschedule your event at no cost so long as we are provided 48 hours’ notice. In the case of inclement weather on the day of delivery, we will reschedule at no cost. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate rescheduled requests, your flexibility is appreciated as we work around existing bookings.
